A GREAT job would be an understatement

Beth Gustafson sold my house in Virginia-Highland for me and to tell you she did a GREAT JOB would be an understatement.

To begin with she presented me with an excellent assessment of my immediate neighborhood and the value of my house. I explained my limitations, not the least of which I no longer lived in Atlanta while at the same time I was still running my business from the house. In addition I had the accumulation of more than twenty years of “stuff”, business documents and materials and would not be available to do the clean up and prep work necessary to get the house ready to put on the market.

Beth herself rolled up her sleeves and went to work arranging for the necessary cosmetic work to be done. She kept me informed every step of the way and stayed well within my budget limitations. Within thirty days we were under contract for a price that was more than satisfactory to me. When I was unable to attend the closing she covered that base for me as well.

It is rare to work with someone as competent, knowledgeable and committed as Beth proved to be, especially given my previous experiences with real estate agents. I wish she was licensed in South Carolina so she could handle my property there. She is both honest and direct and you could not put your home in more competent hands. Anyone can contact me directly to discuss my feelings about Beth and her efforts.
